Refund policy

in 13 years we’ve had one return. but here’s some info on what to do regarding a return…you know. just in case your mother has no idea who you are.

returns: your satisfaction is our goal. if your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact customer service immediately at customerservice@erinsmithart.com. if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, unopened merchandise in original packaging and pristine condition purchased directly from erin smith art can be returned for a refund within 30 days of the receipt of your order. shipping will be deducted from your return. please contact the direct retailer for any other erin smith art products that have been purchased for their respective returns and refunds policies.
