How fast will my order ship?
orders placed by 2:00 p.m. est will ship within 1—2 business days. orders placed after 2:30 p.m. est will ship within 2—3 business days. (an exception needs to be made for large 16×24 or 20×20 canvases. we make these to order and provide an acrylic finish that requires 24-36 hours to harden).
What type of warranty do you provide?
any product purchased on erinsmithart.com is guaranteed to be free from defects for a period of 60 days from receipt of your order—excluding items which are listed as final sale only. if you think your product is defective within the 60-day period, please contact customer service at customerservice@erinsmithart.com to arrange for a refund. if you did not purchase the item on our website, please contact the retail store where you made your purchase.
Do you offer returns or refunds?
only regular priced, first quality items may be refunded. sale items and seconds are final sale only.
What are your business hours?
we ship packages and return emails monday to friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (est). we are closed saturday and sundays and all major holidays. and occasional other times… if we’re on tour with, like, dave matthews band or something. if you contact us regarding your order outside of those hours, we’ll get back to you as soon as we’re back.
Where and how are your products manufactured?
our cards are printed in atlanta using environmentally friendly soy inks on recycled paper. our canvas are all printed in house on our own wide format printers using archival inks. all canvases are hand stretched and signed by erin with a bio on the back. our art prints are printed in our home studio. our cocktail napkins are printed in the usa (yes..this took us a year to find someone competent.) our sublimated products are printed and manufactured in our atlanta studio on products that are typically manufactured in china unless by some miracle we can find them locally. not.
So, can i just give you a picture of my mother and you can put in whatever picture i want?

Can you customize colors or change a word in something for me?
no.
I super love your designs. can i make stuff with it and sell it at my local arts & crafts fair?
no. our copyright lawyers explain that copyright law is complicated. but again…no.
I super love your art. Can I make stuff with it and adorn it with lace and sequins and give it to all my girlfriends?

I super love your hair. How long did it take?
i did it against the advice of my stylist. i was “too young”. well, my hair didn’t think so. i didn’t look in a mirror for 4 years while it was growing out. now i only comb it wet out of the shower and totally ignore it till the next time. omg. seriously. go for it.
